|  | Chris Johnson was born in Baghdad and brought up in the Middle East and Nigeria. He studied French and German at Cambridge and worked for nine years in Singapore and Hungary during his career in banking.
He lives in north-west Essex and continues to work in the City of London. He is married with two almost grown-up daughters. |
